Calamint is a genus of mint-scented perennials, which have blue, pink or white flowers during summer and autumn.

There are 8 herbaceous species, growing in woodland, open grassland or rocky habitats across western Europe to central Asia and in North America.    

Most species are best in full sun and a well-drained soil, although some will tolerate shadier areas. Good on chalky soils.
