LEUCANTHEMELLA
LEUCANTHEMELLA
ASTERACEAE
This tall, upright plant produces large, white, single daisy flowers in autumn. They make excellent cut flowers, but often require staking.
There are just two species, found from southeast Europe to eastern Asia, but only one is in cultivation.
They grow best in full sun and a reasonably moist soil, but will tolerate most soils, especially if given part-shade when growing in drier conditions.
