Nursery Diary 3rd July 2009
Part of our 'Bees, Butterflies & Insects' border, during build-up.
Developments on the Nursery: This week we have been setting up Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. We are supplying plants to two show gardens and Rosy Hardy and her team of helpers have almost completed the 'Bees, Butterflies & Insects' herbaceous border, which will be part of the 'Garden Energy' display, designed by Sarah Eberle. Our display in the floral marquee is also well underway. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the show. The rest of the nursery staff have been busy gathering sales stock for the show, and we will be delivering more stock every day next week.
Hardy's On The Road: We will have a team of staff and helpers at Hampton Court from Tuesday 7th to Sunday 12th July, and at the Charity Gala Preview on the evening of Monday 6th. Come and see our two displays and visit our sales areas during the week. Please note: Due to Hampton Court and Tatton Park Flower Shows we will NOT be attending any Farmers' Markets during July.
Hardy's Gardening Tip for the Week Come and visit us at Hampton Court!! And it's not too late to put in your orders for collection at the show, but please try and let us know at least 48 hours before you would like to collect them, to ensure that they will be ready for you. |
